Her approach blends grounded presence, intuitive insight, and practical structure, offering relief without pressure and guidance without hierarchy. Informed by years of experience across healthcare settings, community leadership, and energetic practices, Jessica brings a steady, compassionate presence to the spaces she holds.
She is a Reiki Master and trained in soft touch therapy, working with the nervous system through subtle, restorative methods that support safety, regulation, and ease. Her energetic work aligns with long-standing community practices she has shared alongside her husband, Dr. Rey rooted in balance, integration, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
Jessica’s work is not about fixing people.
It’s about restoring pace.
Her perspective has been shaped not only by training, but by life. Like many who serve others, she reached a point of exhaustion got honest, slowed down, and committed to deeper personal work.
Over time, she gathered what truly helped and released what didn’t.
Now, at 50-ish..... , Jessica brings a seasoned, steady wisdom earned through experience, patience, and having lived the questions.
She offers practical insight drawn from healthcare, social services, faith-informed service, community stewardship, business management, and decades of gathering people together across differences.
Her early faith-informed service helped shape her respect for care, responsibility, and ethical presence, without rigid doctrine.
For over 14 years, Jessica has co-facilitated singing bowl meditations and community gatherings, creating inclusive spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth.
Whether in group settings or one-on-one sessions, her work feels less like a program and more like a conversation at the kitchen table warm, honest, and grounded in real life.
Her current public offering, Pace for Peaceful Pause, is a 60-minute guided Zoom experience designed to calm the nervous system, surface clarity, and establish gentle, actionable next steps supporting mind, body, and spirit together.
